Yuki Takaoka

The first time I started working in a company in Indonesia, I was then assigned with duties related to the HR field, which served as my first time experience in handling HR. At that time, I felt that it was essential that I learned about labor laws and regulations, however It turned out to be an utter disappointment to me because I was not able to secure adequate knowledge and information through training sessions and other means available. Subsequently, I ventured to learn the said labor laws and regulations on my own and pursued to find solutions to related issues practically in the field. As a natural consequence, I have ever faced and encountered union labor demonstrations and strikes several times. Thus, based on the above mentioned experiences and exposure, I accordingly aspire to contribute something significant, to be able to provide right, appropriate and accurate information to Japanese companies operating in Indonesia. Eventually by the end of year 2000, it culminated in me and my other colleagues establishing (setting up) a company named, AMYN Forum.

Therefore, to assist in the complete understanding of the said laws and regulations, we accordingly explain and elaborate on them in Japanese while providing consultation in the field of labor based on our considerable practical experience in the field. We also provide assistance to Indonesian staff members so that they can upgrade their capabilities in the field of HR.
We strongly believe that there is definitely solution provided that we really and deeply understand the aforementioned labor laws and regulations as well as understanding the core points in regard to their implementation process. Ultimately our aim in becoming consultants is to contribute something positive, significant and valuable to both the Japanese and Indonesian parties.
