Labor consultation (Yearly contract/Project basis)

Consultation on any issues regarding labor, internal terms confirmation, second opinion against company’s HRD Manager’s opinion and other related issues, which is conducted in Indonesian as well as in Japanese language.
Assist in resolving labor disputes and job termination issues. Provides legal opinion services of highly experienced Indonesian lawyers.

Drafting of Company’s Regulations/ Collective Labor agreement

Assist companies in the drafting of new Company’s Regulations or Collective Labor Agreement in accordance with the prevailing condition in the respective companies conducted in Japanese, Indonesian and even English apart from sharing the standard format of the Company’s Regulations and Collective Labor Agreement.

Reviewing of Company’s Regulations and Collective Labor Agreement

Review and re-examine the prevailing Company’s Regulations and Collective Labor Agreement in the companies in line with the applicable valid laws and regulations, by taking into notice company’s existing condition with the objective of building appropriate industrial relationship in the said company.
Improve the Company’s Regulations and Collective Labor Agreement so that they will be acceptable to the employee representative as well as to the Labor Union Work Unit Administrators.

Creation of HRD system

Assist in creating HRD system in the company in the form of: wages scale, performance evaluation system and other related matters.

HR employees recruitment, in regard to issues among others:

Evaluate HR Manager candidate and or staff member candidate, assist in ensuring knowledge regarding laws and regulations as well as provide the experience in handling operational work objectively. Accompany HR during the interviewing process of candidate employee.

Translation services

Translating of regulations including Company’s Regulations and Collective Labor Agreement. Support the company by escorting HR staff members as translator during negotiations with Labor Union Work Unit Administrators as well as with employees’ representative and or when There arises supervision from Indonesian Labor Department.

Education and Training for HR staff members

Conduct training within the company’s premises in Indonesian such as: training about labor regulations, training to upgrade communication capabilities and others.

Education and Training for HR staff members

Conduct training in Indonesian within the company’s premises, such as; HR for non-HR, management capability education, Training Managers for improving subordinates, and various other training activities.

Education and Training for new foreign workers

Conduct training within the company’s premises in Japanese language for foreign workers, who work in Indonesia, such as knowledge concerning Visa, labor laws and regulations, basic knowledge regarding Indonesia, cross culture understanding and many others.

Education and Training for Labor Union Work Unit Administrators

Conduct training within the company’s premises in Indonesian to the Labor Union Work Unit Administrators regarding labor union regulations, bipartite institution, development of harmonious industrial relationship, and others.
